CONSUMER RIGHTS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

GENERAL:

1. By placing an order on this website, you agree to the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you electronically.

2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), and all other applicable laws.

3. Shipping costs for product delivery are paid by the buyer unless otherwise stated.

4. Each purchased product will be delivered to the buyer or the designated recipient within 30 days, unless otherwise stated. If the product is not delivered within this time frame, the buyer may terminate the contract.

5. The purchased product must be delivered in full, in accordance with the specifications in the order, and with any applicable warranty certificate, user manual, and documentation.

6. If the product becomes unavailable or impossible to deliver, the seller must inform the buyer within 3 business days and issue a full refund within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID FOR:

If the buyer fails to pay for the product or cancels the payment via the bank, the seller is not obliged to deliver the product.

UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD USE:

If after delivery, it is discovered that the buyer’s credit card was used fraudulently, and the purchase amount is not paid by the bank to the seller, the buyer must return the product within 3 days at the seller’s shipping expense.

DELIVERY DELAYS DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:

If unforeseen force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, etc.) prevents the seller from delivering the product on time, the seller will notify the buyer. The buyer may choose to cancel the order, request a replacement, or postpone delivery until the issue is resolved.

• In case of cancellation:

  • If the payment was made via bank transfer, the full amount will be refunded within 14 days.

  • If paid via credit card, the refund will also be processed within 14 days, but the buyer acknowledges that the refund may appear in the account within 2–3 weeks, depending on bank procedures.

BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

The buyer must inspect the goods before accepting delivery. If there is any visible damage (e.g., dents, broken packaging), the buyer should not accept the delivery.

• Once accepted, the product is considered undamaged and complete.

• If the buyer wishes to use the right of withdrawal, the product must not be used, and the invoice must be returned.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

1. For services, the 14-day period begins from the date the contract is signed.

2. If the buyer agrees for the service to begin before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

3. All return shipping costs for using the right of withdrawal are covered by the seller.

4. Notification must be made in writing via registered mail, fax, or email within the 14-day period. The product must not have been used and must meet the criteria outlined below.

WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE:

To complete the withdrawal, the buyer must submit:

• The original invoice. (If issued to a company, a return invoice from the company is required.)

• The return form.

• The product(s) in its original box, packaging, and with all accessories, undamaged and unused.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

1. The seller must refund the full amount and cancel any financial liability within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notice and collect the product within 20 days.

2. If the value of the returned item has decreased due to the buyer's fault or cannot be returned, the buyer must compensate for the loss in value.

3. If a campaign or discount was used and the return causes the total to drop below the campaign threshold, the discount will be canceled and deducted from the refund.

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WITHDRAWAL:

The right of withdrawal cannot be used for:

• Custom-made or personalized products.

To be eligible for return, these products must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:

If the buyer defaults on payment via credit card, they are subject to interest according to the card agreement and liable to the bank.

• The bank may initiate legal proceedings and charge the buyer for legal and attorney fees.

• The buyer also agrees to compensate the seller for any losses due to delayed payment.

PAYMENT & DELIVERY:

2. Online payments can be made via credit card with single payment. After the order is confirmed, the transaction will be processed, and the amount will be charged to your card.
