Gemstone Certification Policy
We are providing certification from IGI on all items free of charge which serves as a manufacturer guarantee. IGI certifications are verifiable online & independently issued which makes it a great option, saving our customers hundreds of dollars. We understand that you may want additional gemological reports from international laboratories such as GIA, GRS, EGL or AGL, therefore we have set up an excellent processing system for such requests which is explained below.
How Does It Work?
If you add reports from one of the following laboratories to your order (in addition to the free SCI Certification), we will submit the gemstone to the lab of your request within 3 to 5 business days of completing your purchase. You will receive the laboratory job number once the gemstone has been delivered to the lab, which can be used for verification & tracking whenever you contact the lab by telephone or email. Once they have processed your request and issued a report, the laboratory will ship the gemstone along with it's report directly to your address by FedEx, DHL or USPS (whichever selected during checkout).
Please note that the laboratory is shipping the gem directly to your address along with their issued report, which takes the independent verification to a whole new level & eliminates the possibility of any fraudulent activity.
The processing time, cost & headquarters of each laboratory are as follows, please note that all the labs listed accept international customers except AGL. Therefore our customers outside of Türkiye can request GIA certification as well.
If you wish to get an item certified by a different gemological laboratory, please contact us & we will facilitate your request if the lab is accepting submissions through FedEx.
How To Add An Additional Report?
Please contact us at info@eledante.com and we will provide you with the necessary details alongside the required report fees.
This process is not necessary for IGI certifications. IGI certificates are added to orders by default and shipped along with the gemstone.
What If...
In the extremely unlikely event of a mismatch between our listing and the gemological report, you will receive a full refund of the gemstone & it's laboratory fees, as well as a compensation of the return shipping cost. You will also get a $100 Gift Card!
